Mr.Darcy continues to surprise me in the most amazing ways. I learned from my aunt that Mr.Darcy was in fact the one who discovered the whereabouts of Lydia and Wickham. He also paid Wickham a sum of money to solidify the marriage. Apparently, Mr.Darcy bribed Miss Younge, a friend of Wickham, into telling him the location of the couple. My aunt suggested that Mr.Darcy acted upon his admiration for me. I am starting to believe Mr.Darcy really goes have a generous heart that Mrs.Reynolds claimed him to have.
In the meantime, Lydia and Wickham have departed tot he north and Mr.Bingley made a visit to our home along with Mr.Darcy. My father treated him coldly(with good reason) whereas my desperate mother paid close attention to him. Although, she treated Mr.Darcy quite rudely... little does she know of his astonishing favor.

The "Bride" and "Groom"
My father finally gave in, allowing Lydia and Wickham to visit our home before heading north. The visit so far has been anything but enjoyable. Lydia is completely and utterly naive to the whole situation. She acts as though the matter is all just fun and games! She fails to realize the heartache and monstrosity she has put upon our family. Her obnoxious, arrogant, immature behavior has proved this. I believed that all of us expected at least the slightest change in Lydia; we were mistaken. The only topic she wished to discuss was her love for her so called "husband" and her love for the new last name. One day she shall realize what true love is, and that what she and Wickham shared was anything but true love.
Although, one thing I learned from Lydia's banter was that Mr.Darcy attended the wedding! I must write to my aunt at once and get to the bottom of this!

Good News
What a relief! My father recently returned from London. Shortly afterward, my uncle sent him a letter stating that the location of Lydia and Wickham was recovered! My uncle offered to make sure the two marry on the condition that my father provide them with a small income. Of course, my father consented; however, he believes my uncle to have paid Wickham a large sum of money to bribe him father into marrying Lydia.
Of course, my mother is excessively ecstatic regarding the fact of her beloved sixteen year old getting married... My father tried to remind her of what the ordeal will cost; however, this will not put a damper on her excitement.
Disregard my last statement ^^^. Not long afterward, my mother's happiness was once again put on hold. My father made it clear to her that the newlyweds would not be permitted to visit our home and the new bride would not be given wardrobe allowance... There seems to always be some type of drama or hysertics occuring in this household. I suppose that is the price to pay for living with mostly all women!

My uncle and father currently are in London looking for Lydia and Wickham. Unfortunately, there is no word as to the whereabouts of the couple. I fear that my father is losing patience, word is that he plans to return home. I hope he continues to give the search his best effort until then...

The letter was concerning the matters regarding Lydia. Basically, the letter suggested poor parenting on my mother and father's part and that this scandal reflected poorly on my family. Of course this turmoil is a serious matter; however, my family's business does not involve Collins. Perhaps he should focus on keeping his marriage to his soulmate from crashing and burning!

Lydia
How foolish can Lydia be!? While at Pemberly, I received two letters from Jane revealing the disappearence of Lydia, suggesting she and Wickham currently left to elope! I am quite distraught, Mr.Darcy walked in on me while I was hysterical. Luckily, he was very understanding and graciously understood my need to leave his estate to attend this family matter. Currently, I am back at Longbourn where my mother is upset and my father has departed to London to search for my sister. My mother has been blaming the Forsters for not keeping better watch of Lydia... Although I'm sure Lydia would of found some way to wreak havoc regardless.
I have some guilt for not of being more open with my knowledge of Wickham's past... perhaps if I had made my knowledge known, none of this would of happened. For now, however, all of our energy needs to be focused on finding my naive sister, who had the nerve to sign her last letter as "Lydia Wickham." Ugh the nerve of that ignorant girl!!

Georgiana
I am quite honored to be finally acquianted with Georgiana; she is a lovely girl! Although she is still young, she appears to be wise and mature beyond her years. She is also quite handsome, yet very shy as well.
Although, I feel quite bad for Georgiana... While dining amongst the Bingley siblings, Mr.Darcy and Miss Darcy, Miss Bingley made a snide remark to me. She said (in reference to the departure of the militia) "must be a great loss to your family." Of course, this infuriated me. But poor Georgiana... Miss Bingley is unaware of Wickhams advances towards Georgiana. She most definitely put her foot in her mouth!
I also discovered that Miss Bingley was speaking poorly of me to Mr.Darcy after dinner. Fortunately, she was put her in place when Mr.Darcy stated that I am one of the most handsome women of his acquaintence. Miss Bingley is most likely kicking herself for making herself seem so crude and snide... hopefully she learns her lesson, although this is not likely.

Surprise
I have never been so embarrased... while finishing touring the Darcy estate, Mr.Darcy himself showed up! He was not expected to arrive, and he seemed taken back himself to see me at his home. Although, Mr.Darcy acted quite politely! At first I assumed he came to Pemberly knowing that I would be away; however, he traveled here to prepare his home for the arrival of the Bingleys and Georgiana. Mr.Darcy was kind enough to invite me to meet his sistser!
I am starting to think that Mr.Darcy is the man that Mrs.Reynolds says he is...
